We got an offer on Monday night. It was close, so we countered. We're still waiting to hear back. I called our realtor (we are realtor assisted for sale by owner) and they said give them 48 hours and then follow up. So that means we'll probably wait till tomorrow morning to call them if they haven't called by then. The wait is agonizing.
I feel like I can't do anything, because I'm consumed by waiting. It's silly. I think we will have to get out of the house this afternoon.
