Mom, get out of here!

Those were the words just said to me by my four year old son. He's rattling around in the bathroom so I decided to check out what's happening. He's sitting on the toilet taking his time, I guess. I seriously thought it would be a couple more years though before I would hear those words. It's the "Mom" thing that gets me. Just in the last few days I've become "Mom". I keep trying to get him to call me Mommy, because I'm not ready to just be Mom. I have a hunch though that it's just a phase and I'll be Mommy or Mama again soon.
